¼ cup of Arla Shredded Mozzarella

¼ cup of cheddar cheese, shredded

½ cup of Japanese mayo

¼ cup of grated parmesan

2 ½ tbsp. of onion, diced

¼ cup of red bell pepper, diced

¼ cup of green bell pepper, diced

1 tbsp. of garlic powder

¼ tsp. of cayenne pepper

Salt, to taste

Chopped parsley, for garnish

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Pat the E&L Boneless Bangus dry with paper towels, then scrape its meat with a fork and put it in a bowl.
  2. In the same bowl with bangus meat, add the Japanese mayo, onions, bell peppers, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and salt, then mix all together. Combine all the cheese in a separate bowl. Take half of the cheese, then add to the bangus and green bell pepper mixture. Mix them all together. Top it with the remaining cheese then bake for about 15 to 20 minutes.
