For Delivery
Free delivery is only available for orders exceeding 100 kilograms within Metro Manila. Our agent will specify the minimum order required for complimentary delivery in other areas.
For Pick-up
The representative will coordinate with any of the following branches to arrange the pick-up of orders. Please allow 1-2 working days for item transfers to be completed.

Free delivery is applicable for orders exceeding 100 kilograms within the mentioned areas.
Step 1. Visit the Website :
Open your web browser and go to shop.enlfood.com.
Step 2. Create or Log In to Your Account
If you already have an account, click on the "Log In" button and enter your credentials.
If you’re a new user, click on the "Sign Up" button to create an account. Follow the prompts to complete your registration.
Step 3. Browse Products
Navigate through the website to browse available products. You can use the search bar to find specific items or explore categories listed on the homepage.
Step 4. Select a Product
Click on the product you wish to purchase. This will take you to the product detail page where you can view more information about the item. Select the quantity you wish to order.
Step 5. Add to Cart and Review
After selecting the item and quantity, click on the "Add to Cart" and/or "View Cart" button.
Review your selected items, quantities, and total price, and proceed to checkout.
Step 6. Shipping Method
Fill in your shipping details, including your address, phone number, and any specific delivery instructions.
Shipping fee will be shouldered by the customer if orders will be under 100 kilograms.
Step 7. Enter Payment Information
Choose your payment method and enter the required payment details.
Step 8. Review & Confirm Order
Review all the details of your order one final time, including the items, shipping information, and payment details.
Once everything is correct, click on the "Place Order" button to finalize your purchase. You will receive an order confirmation page with a summary of your purchase. A confirmation email should also be sent to your registered email address.
Step 9. Track Your Order
Contact the customer service for assistance.
Order cutoff time is 1:00 PM. Orders after this time, as well as those on Sundays and holidays, will be processed the next business day.
The delivery time will depend on the shipping method chosen during checkout. Once order is placed and select the preferred shipping option and the estimated delivery time will be provided. After order is dispatched, a tracking number will be received to monitor the progress of your delivery.
For order pickups, a representative will coordinate with the branch to process the item transfer. Please allow 1-2 working days to complete the process and will be notified once the item is ready.
