Ham with Roasted Vegetables Recipe
This ham and vegetable recipe is perfect to serve at any time of the week! It may be for lunch or dinner, weekdays or weekends, it’s impeccable! Friends, family, or relatives will definitely adore you for this!
Ingredients:
250g of E&L Glazed Ham
1 tsp. of horseradish
1 tsp. of orange zest
1/4 cup of thawed orange juice concentrate
6 potatoes, cubed
5 carrots, cubed
1 turnip, cubed
1 l onion, sliced
Cooking spray
Black pepper to taste
Directions:
- Grease two baking trays using cooking spray, then assemble the vegetables.
- Bake at 425° for 25 to 30 minutes. Slice the E&L Glazed Ham and place them on top of the roasted vegetables.
- In a bowl, mix the horseradish and orange zest. Scoop and place over the ham and vegetables. Bake again for about 10 minutes. Season with pepper to taste. Enjoy!
