Salt-Grilled Salmon Head

It’s summer season! It’s time to get some refreshing drinks, sunbathe, and swim on the beach. So here’s a Salmon Head recipe that you’ll surely love to grill and eat while relaxing at the seaside!

Grilled Salmon Head

Ingredients:

1 E&L Salmon Head

2 tbsp. of sake or cooking wine

1.5 tbsp. of salt

1 tbsp. of black pepper

Quarter-cut of a lemon

Directions:

  1. Pat dry the E&L Salmon Head with paper towels after washing.
  2. Once dry, pour some sake or cooking wine on the fish head. Rub the salmon head with salt and pepper then let it sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven to 200°C, then put on the baking sheet or aluminum foil on the baking tray. You can also grill the salmon head on live charcoal.
  4. Pat dry the marinated Salmon Head again with paper towels and bake it in the oven for 30 minutes.
  5. Serve with lemon on the side. Enjoy!
