Salt-Grilled Salmon Head
It’s summer season! It’s time to get some refreshing drinks, sunbathe, and swim on the beach. So here’s a Salmon Head recipe that you’ll surely love to grill and eat while relaxing at the seaside!
Ingredients:
1 E&L Salmon Head
2 tbsp. of sake or cooking wine
1.5 tbsp. of salt
1 tbsp. of black pepper
Quarter-cut of a lemon
Directions:
- Pat dry the E&L Salmon Head with paper towels after washing.
- Once dry, pour some sake or cooking wine on the fish head. Rub the salmon head with salt and pepper then let it sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 200°C, then put on the baking sheet or aluminum foil on the baking tray. You can also grill the salmon head on live charcoal.
- Pat dry the marinated Salmon Head again with paper towels and bake it in the oven for 30 minutes.
- Serve with lemon on the side. Enjoy!
