Soy-Glazed Chicken with Broccoli

Ingredients:

4 E&L Food Chicken Leg Fillet

1 pack of E&L Frozen Broccoli

3 tbsp. of E&L Sweetener Honey

3 tbsp. of rice vinegar

1 tsp. of ginger, finely grated 

1 tbsp. of vegetable oil

3 tbsp. of soy sauce 

1 1/2 tsp. of salt

Scallions, sliced (optional, for serving)

Toasted sesame seeds (optional, for serving)

Sesame oil (optional, for serving)

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk the honey, vinegar, soy sauce, and ginger. Set aside. Pat the E&L Frozen Chicken Leg Quarter dry and season with salt.
  2. Over medium-high heat, heat oil and cook the Frozen Chicken Leg Fillet until golden browned. Pour in the sauce and reduce heat to medium-low. Make sure that the Chicken Leg Fillets are covered with sauce.
  3. In a large pot, boil water and pinch a grain of salt. Place the Frozen Broccoli and steam for about 4 minutes. Serve the chicken with rice and broccoli alongside. Garnish with scallions, sesame seeds, and sesame oil if desired.
