Stir-fried Pork Liver Recipe

Ingredients:
290g of E&L Pork Liver, sliced
2 scallions, chopped
1 onion, sliced
1 ginger, sliced
3 tbsp. of canola oil
2 tsp. of rice wine
2 tbsp. of oyster sauce
½ tsp. of soy sauce
1 tsp. of cornstarch
Directions:
- In a small bowl, whisk all together the oyster sauce, rice wine, soy sauce, and cornstarch.
- Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Add the E&L Pork Liver and stir-fry for about a minute. Transfer the liver to a plate and set aside.
- In the same wok, add the scallions and ginger. Lower the heat and add the onions. Stir fry everything together until caramelized.
- Return the liver to the wok and add the soy sauce mixture. Stir the liver and sauce until well-combined and cooked. Serve with hot rice. Enjoy!
