Stir-fried Pork Liver Recipe

Stir-fry pork liver

 

Ingredients:

290g of E&L Pork Liver, sliced

2 scallions, chopped

1 onion, sliced

1 ginger, sliced

3 tbsp. of canola oil

2 tsp. of rice wine

 2 tbsp. of oyster sauce

½ tsp. of soy sauce

1 tsp. of cornstarch

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk all together the oyster sauce, rice wine, soy sauce, and cornstarch.
  2. Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Add the E&L Pork Liver and stir-fry for about a minute. Transfer the liver to a plate and set aside.
  3. In the same wok, add the scallions and ginger. Lower the heat and add the onions. Stir fry everything together until caramelized.
  4. Return the liver to the wok and add the soy sauce mixture. Stir the liver and sauce until well-combined and cooked. Serve with hot rice. Enjoy!
