Your Perfect Everyday E&L Steak Recipe

Ingredients:

E&L Superb Ribeye or Porterhouse steak (or any steak cut of your choice)

E&L Arla Butter

Olive oil

Rosemary

Cloves of garlic

Salt and pepper to taste

 

Directions:

  1. Pat dry your E&L Superb Ribeye or Porterhouse steak by using paper towels and season generously with salt and pepper. Preheat your pan over medium heat and brush with oil.
  2. Sear your E&L Superb steak on each side for about 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown. Sear each edge for around 1 minute.
  3. Add the butter, cloves of garlic, and rosemary. Scoop the butter all over the steaks according to your preferred doneness of the meat. Take out the steak from the pan and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with your desired choice of side dishes, whether mashed potatoes or cauliflower with gravy, grilled asparagus or corn, green salad, Brussels sprouts, macaroni and cheese, or fries. Make it fancy with a glass of red wine or champagne!
